Our firm provides no services to and receives no revenues from investment managers. We have no conflicts of interest which might interfere with the independent and objective advice that we provide to our clients.

We are willing to acknowledge our role as a fiduciary to the fund. Trustees expect us to stand by the advice we provide. The best way for us to do so is to serve as a fiduciary along with the trustees.

We charge a single annual retainer fee, which covers all of our services. We do not price each service separately nor do we ask for additional fees if asked to undertake special projects or reports. Here again, we firmly believe in the need to be objective and independent in our advice. Our single retainer fee means we do not benefit indirectly if we recommend a change in asset class or manager.
