We encourage our clients to ask questions. Many times the answers to those questions are not readily available. For example, a client might be concerned with the appropriateness of their manager's fees. In order to answer this question, we surveyed all of our clients and provided a comparison of manager fees. Likewise when questions arise on securities lending, derivatives, economically targeted investments, etc., we do the research, then report back to the trustees.
