MCG has more than 75 employees and a collective bargaining agreement with UFCW Local 881 in Chicago.

MCG's consulting client relationships are serviced by 12 consultants. Each client relationship is assigned a primary and back-up consultant. Each of MCG's consultants is assisted with their client relationships by a strong consultant support team of account managers and executive assistants. In the consultant's absence from the office, clients work with the account manager who has been assigned to their account relationship.

Our Independent Fiduciary Services clients are served by a specialized team of analysts dedicated solely to their needs. Clients have the benefit of immediate access to the professionals who work with their plan on a daily basis.

Further supporting MCG's consultants are four departments: Research/Manager Search, Reporting, Proxy Voting, and Information Technology.
