Miguel joined The Marco Consulting Group in 2001 as an Investment Manager Analyst.  He was promoted to Assistant Director of Manager Search in 2002, to Consultant in 2003, and Vice President in 2007. Prior to joining MCG, Miguel served as a Management Consultant for Atlas Technology Group and worked in the U.S. Corporate Finance Group at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi.

Miguel earned his BA in Economics and Business from Cornell College and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Loyola University Chicago .
