Ian has 24 years of experience working with Taft-Hartley funds. He joined The Marco Consulting Group as a consultant in 1994. He served as Vice President and Senior Consultant until July 1, 2001, when he was named President of MCG. Prior to joining MCG, Ian served as Managing Director of ASB Capital Management in Washington, D.C. for 10 years. He began working with Taft-Hartley Funds in 1984.

Ian received his BS degree in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University.
