Matthew DeConcini joined the Marco Consulting Group in 2007 as Deputy General Counsel. In June of 2010, Matthew was appointed as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the Marco Consulting Group, from 2001 to 2007, Matthew was Fund Counsel to the Bakery and Confectionery Union and Industry International Health Benefits and Pension Funds, a large multi-employer Taft-Hartley health benefits and pension fund with more than $6 billion in assets.

From 1990 to 2001, Matthew held the positions of Legislative Representative, Assistant Director of Safety and Health, and Assistant General Counsel for the International Union of Operating Engineers, a building trades and industrial union with more than 400,000 members.

Matthew received his J.D. from Georgetown University and his B.A. from Providence College.  Matthew is a member of the Illinois, Maryland and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
