Richard Graf joined The Marco Consulting Group in 2006 as its first full time Chief Executive Officer. Dick has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. He started his investment career at A.G. Becker / SEI Funds Evaluation Service managing the southwestern regional office of SEI Funds Evaluation and its predecessor firm, A.G. Becker, providing asset allocation and investment product analysis for plan sponsors. He also held management and marketing positions at Lexington Capital Management Company and E.I. DuPont de Numours. More recently Dick spent 19 years leading the Sales, Marketing, and Client Service teams at WestLB Asset Management.

Dick is the past president of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives, AIMSE and served on its Board of Directors 1994-2004. He received AIMSE's outstanding achievement award, The Lothrop Award, in 2005. He earned his BS from the United States Military Academy, USMA, at West Point and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Dick serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Graduates, USMA and is currently the Vice Chairman.
