  • Administrative Assistant

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    Answer / respond to calls for Manager and Director of Research

    Assist Manager and Director in managing correspondence / letters / phone calls

    Coordinate travel arrangements for Director

    Keep track and file Director expenses/reports

    Divide mail among Analysts / Director and make sure group mail is flowing among analysts

    Keep posted schedule of all manager meetings for group and keep up-to-date records of notes from all meetings

    Manage heavy volume of meetings in Outlook, especially for Alternative Investments Group

    Be proactive in coordinating meeting attendees with building security via One Facility software

    Review next day / week manager meetings, update questionnaire / information status of all incoming managers

    Prepare all letters of invitation for all manager searches

    Update Analysts / Consultants on personnel changes when notified by managers

    Prepare e-mail for all Analysts / Consultants outlining all manager meetings and times

    Distribute / make copies of noteworthy articles from Pensions & Investments after Director review

    Update "Manager Search Forms" electronically

    Handle "intermediate" questionnaire requests

    Other duties may be assigned
